Where we ship. United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

Processing and delivery. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Germany 6-12 days, United Kingdom 7-12 days, United States 7-15 days. These are estimates and may be longer in busy periods. If your order is delayed, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping cost. Shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple parcels. Items in one order may ship separately.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and taxes. Where required by the destination country, import VAT, duties or fees may apply.
