Returns and Refunds

14-day return window. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at mnanvero@gmail.com with your order number. After telling us, please send the item back within 14 days.

Condition. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping. We will email you the return address. Please use a tracked service.

Refunds. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid (extra paid for express delivery is not refunded). Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or proof that you sent it back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will send a replacement or refund in full and cover return shipping. This does not affect your legal rights.

Exceptions. Custom-made or personalised items and sealed hygiene products (such as underwear and socks) cannot be returned once unsealed.
